Review: Nifeliz Street Botanical Garden

Hi everyone, this is Karla.
This time, I am gonna be sharing with you Nifeliz Botanical Garden. Hope you like it!
This set consists of 2147 easy-installation parts. The original version of this set is designed by the creator Berthil van Beek. His works are full of detail and imaginative.

It is a modular glass building with a glass park. Modular model allows for a variety of display positions and ease of transport. What's more, this set it is different from the "traditional" street city, which can be appreciated from four directions.

Now, let’s get into the topic.

Contents
This set has a 10 x 10 inch dark gray base plate. In terms of hand feel, it’s very comfortable. And most importantly, it's very harmonious to put it together with LEGO City.

We can see that the box is pure black, and the Nifeliz Brand Logo is in the middle of the box that it's very recognizable.

The Nifeliz Street Botanical Garden set include an instruction book. This is a clear instruction book. In addition, Nifeliz contact information is available at the bottom of the first page of the instruction book. This allows us to ask for helping if we encounter difficulties in building. Although it may not be used in the end, it was very useful for us to contact them.

All parts of this set are divided according to steps.
Section 1 - 4 No. 1 bags

Section 2 - 7 No. 2 bags

Section 3 - 8 No. 3 bags

Section 4 - 5 No. 4 bags

This set has a total of 27 bags, including 2 bags of independent transparent parts and a lighting groups set. In addition, there are four black pillar.

It is a modular city park. It has many details, such as sakura tree, flower shop, coffee shop and lots of plants etc. I think that was probably where I'd like to start.
Next, let's get to know more details in this set.

Assembly
First of all, we started to build the bottom plate. But now we still can't see what the structure is. We keep going down.

At this point, the floor tiles have been completed. We can see the stems and leaves of some plants, and some aquatic plants.

Next, we start to build more plants and interior details. From this point of view, we can see the framework of botanical gardens, but it seems also to be a bit like the flower beds in the park.

At this stage, except for the sakura tree in the middle, the main indoor contents have been basically completed.

From here, we can see that the interior of the house is full of details. Such as a Fountain pool full of detailed designs, a shed that can put some tools for pruning plants, and numerous plants.

In addition, the creator design from the perspective of real life. As we can see from the picture, there is a rest coffee corner and also two stools in the garden for people to relax and rest, which makes people feel very comfortable.

What do you think is the highlight of the botanical garden? Sakura tree. I think most people should have the same idea as me. This sakura tree is very large and has many branches. What's more, some branches have already extended beyond the gate. This is spectacular. Of course, this tree is exquisite. But there are some minor drawbacks, such as the cherry-shaped parts of the tree. During the built process, my hands were a little painful because I pressed these parts many times, which was very frustrating. But after I saw the finished tree, all the pain doesn't matter. Although a bit exaggerated, this is indeed my thinking at this moment.

Next, the main structure of the external wall. The outer wall of the botanical garden is mainly constructed with large transparent parts. As you can see, the transparency is very good. No matter which direction we look from, we can clearly see the flowers and trees inside.

The roof is the last step of the whole package. We only need to completed this step, then the work is completed. The roof and main body are structures that are easy to disassemble. We can watch the large sakura tree by moving it.

What's more, the roof is made up of many transparent "window" parts, which proves once again its excellent light transmission.

In addition, there is a window that can be opened behind the roof. From here we can also see the sakura tree inside.

FINISHED PRODUCT DISPLAY

This set comes with a light groups set, which contains multiple cables and a battery box. And you can add your DIY lights after finishing your Botanical Garden! The following figure shows the effect picture after installing the light group. The lighting effect is very good! Because there are a lot of transparent windows, so the overall look is very bright, the internal details are also at a glance, very beautiful~

SUMMARY
Pieces: All the pieces are from the highest quality pieces we can get. And in terms of hand feel, they are basically the same as LEGO brick. Basically, there is nothing to be picky about.
Structure: Although there are minor flaws in the built process. But but after the finished product, especially after seeing the effect of the decoration inside, all the unpleasant emotions disappeared!
Appearance: Very exquisite. The transparency effect of this Botanical Garden is very good, so the lighting effect is also very good. Also thanks to this transparent piece with good permeability and independent packaging to reduce scratches, so we can clearly see the internal details.
On the whole, if you have paid attention to this MOC, you will know that the set provided by the Nifeliz is very worth trying.
Anyway, thank you for your reading.

  2. Not Lego quality, many missing pieces, absolutely no instructions for the lights and how to install them or where to put them since it's so overcrowded inside. Pieces aren't good quality and doesn't stay connected as well as Lego, overall ok. But not great. As for instructions, it's 50/50, some pages not clear, but Lego doesn't do a great job either with manuals.
